Steve and Janis raised two children in New York, and now have 7 grandchildren. Steve has a wide range of abilities, he  is a Vietnam Vet, and owned a service company in New York city for 26 years helping customers solve problems with their furniture, while helping pastor a church. They relocated to Charlotte 11 years ago not knowing anyone, but loved what they found in this area's wonderful hospitality, and therefore they understand the relocation process. They know what it is like to come to an area and not know anyone, and of course where are the good places to eat. Steve has been in real estate since coming to Charlotte, with Janis helping him. He has achieved many awards and has been honored with being a part of the Leading Edge Society (top 4% sales in the nation) 3 years in a row.   In 2002 Janis joined the team as a full time agent, and in 2003, Steve and Janis were honored with one of the highest awards given for Top Producer. They have achieved "The Presidents Circle", which means they were in the top 3% of sales in the nation and produced over 7 million in sales. In 2004, Steve and Janis are Number One in Sales at the greatly desired Crescent communities, and have achieved The Chairman's Circle, which means they in the top 2% sales in the nation and produced over 15 million in sales. In 2005 our whole team switched to Keller William Realty. We believe in the model of this company, which is going to give us more ability to serve our clients. 2005 was the best year we have had since being in real estate. Steve and Janis where in the Top Ten in sales again for Crescent Recourses communities for the Charlotte metro area.  2006 was a wonderful year. Kevin Originally from New York, I moved to the Lake Norman area in 2001. Prior to then, I lived for many years in California, Hawaii and Honduras . Over my career with Dole Foods Company, I personally relocated six times. Teresa, joined our team this year, and is actually a North Carolina native!   As a graduate of UNC at Charlotte, with a degree in Business Administration, I spent several years working at First Union National Bank (now Wachovia).  However, banking did not afford the satisfaction of helping people, nor did I have the opportunity of having  interaction with all types of people. I entered the real estate field in September 2001, and have truly found my niche!  Not only do I love to help people, but I also love going to visit all kinds of homes!   Nothing is more exciting than going to the closing with buyers or sellers that I have helped find (or sell) their dream home!  The ultimate reward of my job is when I know that my clients are really happy…While I have lived in various areas of North Carolina, including south Charlotte, and the Huntersville area, I currently reside in Mooresville with my husband and two young sons.   Living at the lake has given me the insight to help with anyone who is seeking lakefront property.   I have had ‘hands on’ experience with waterfront values, issues, and obtaining pier permits.
