BirkDale in Huntersville

$250,000 - $600,000

If golf is at the heart of your lifestyle, Birkdale should be your address.

A master-planned community with a prime location only minutes to Lake Norman and Charlotte. Dramatic homes lining tree-lined streets. Miles of sidewalks for peaceful evening strolls. A luxurious Residents Club with swimming, tennis and events for the entire family planned by your own year-round Activities Director at no additional charge. An award-winning Arnold Palmer golf course and a wellness facility, all within the community. The lifestyle you want for you and your family at an exceptional value. Just across the street from this wonderful community you have Birkdale Village.

With valuable features like these, Birkdale speaks for itself, and more and more families are listening. Isn't it time you heard a little more?

An unmatched, resort-like residents club...  and Kids Kamp too!

Kids' crafts. Teen socials. Adult and Kid movie night, and much more! You'll find it all at The Residents Club at Birkdale, a private gathering place exclusively for those who live here. It's full of activities for every member of your family. Best of all, membership to the Club is just one of the many amenities included at no cost to you as a resident of Birkdale. It's covered by a reasonable Homeowners' Association fee. No other community offers its residents so much for so little.

Unlike any comparable community in the area, Birkdale employs an experienced, full-time, year-round Activities Director, so there's always plenty for the whole family to do, all within a short walk from your home. From Kids Kamp every summer to evening wine tastings in the fall and Mom's morning out year-round, our activities director has planned something to please all of Birkdale's residents.

Members can look forward to a pool season that runs from May through September. The Residents Club at Birkdale offers American Red Cross swim lessons, water aerobics, poolside socials, parties, and swim team competition within the Lake Norman Swim League which we helped to form in 1999.

Children enjoy activities from Mom's Morning Out, Arts and Crafts, and Kids' Movies, and Teen Club events. Of course, there's a little something for the big kid in all of us, too. Adults enjoy holiday parties, wine tastings, movies, Garden Club, Canasta, Bunco and more.

Homes from seven of the area's finest builders - both new and existing homes are available in this great community!  For more information on buying or building the home of your dreams,
