MacAulay promises to be one of the Charlotte area's premier
communities. Nestled in North Charlotte and just 5 minutes from Lake
Norman, MacAulay features a neighborhood swim club, sidewalks,
streetlights, a park with man-made waterfall and smaller park areas
throughout the neighborhood. Homes ranging from 2300 to over
5000 square feet will dazzle you.
Homebuyers may select a homesite and a featured builder or
choose from a selection of homes already under construction or
completed.

Lifestyle
MacAuley offers a unique rural
location of 248 acres of woodland & rolling hills reminiscent of the
Scottish Countryside. A magnificent display of homes surround
a village green with reflection pools, winding streams, and dramatic
stone waterfall. Although MacAulay is refreshingly serene and
secluded, several short paths lead you to the vibrant Northcross and
Birkdale village, where you'll find shops, restaurants, golf, and
entertainment.
