My husband and I were looking for a place to live where we could get more for our money, live in a beautiful climate and send our kids to good schools. We went online and found The Point and Steve Lappin with the same click of a button. We've never found a realtor like that before and we were pleasantly surprised with how well it worked out. His website was extremely informative which we appreciated since we were out of state and didn't know much about the area. He was very accommodating in terms of our visiting Memorial Day weekend to look at homes. He showed us exactly what we were looking for and didn't pressure us into something that didn't feel comfortable for us. To prospective home buyers,

I have never written a testimonial before, but Steve Lappin deserves one for the wonderful way he helped us find our dream home in a new city where we did not know anyone!  I located Steve by using the Google search engine to find a Charlotte real estate professional that could quickly fill me in on the area, schools, weather, and other important information.  Steve had most of the answers, but if he was not sure of something he was up front and told us. He went the extra mile to help us find our home and was very patient in working with our demanding list of “must haves”.  He kept us posted of new listings that might match what we were looking for, sent us digital photographs of prospective homes, and generally did everything humanly possible to help us get the information we needed to make our decision. He was never pushy and truly wanted us to be happy with our decision.  Even after hours of negotiation with the builder’s agent, he never made us feel that we could not walk away from the deal if that was our decision. We spent several days together on several different trips to Charlotte looking, hoping, and searching for the right home and community.  Ultimately, everything worked out and we love living in our new home, and we consider Steve our first friend in our new city!
